Longfield Solar Farm
The Development Consent Order for Longfield Solar Farm to the Planning Inspectorate has been accepted for examination.  There is an opportunity for you to submit ‘Relevant Representations’ to be considered by the Examining Authority.  Information regarding submitting your representation can be found at  www.longfieldsolarfarm.co.uk.
More information on the proposals can also be found here and here. Copies of application documents are available in Terling Church which is open every day between 9am – 4pm.
The Parish Council will be responding and would like to have your views. Please email the Clerk at clerk@terlingandfairsteadpc.co.uk by Wednesday 25th May.  Written comments may be left at Copse Rise, The Street, Terling. You do not have to leave your name. The Parish Council’s response will be confirmed at a Parish Council meeting in Terling Village Hall at 7.30pm on 27 May

The deadline for public consultation is 16th June 2022. A public webinar which gives information relating to Terling and Fairstead will take place on Friday 20 May at 10.00 am and information on public exhibitions and other ways to engage with National Grid can be found in the Newsletter that was delivered to householders in the parish by National Grid.
